Because of these instincts they tend to stay with you verses run away to chase other animals. Aussies have a ton of energy. So, they especially need to be out with you playing or jogging or at the very least, they need lots of running/playing fetch or frisbee in the back yard. Otherwise, they'll be lonely, bored and possibly even destructive. Aussies can be your best friend. They have a beautiful coat in a variety of colors that tends to shed.

Aussiepoos are highly intelligiant and very social, making them great therapy or family dogs. Many suggest this breed mix is one of the smartest dogs on the planet. Training them early on is ideal because they quickly show a love for challenging activities, such as playing ball or frisbee. They do best with daily exercise, which will help to keep them out of mischief. Typically, when trained, the Aussiedoodle will follow your directions quite well. They are very loyal and will be content playing and then just sleeping at their owners feet. Customer feedback shows my aussiedoodles may shed a little or not at all.
This little sweetheart is amazing. She has great eye contact and is certainly therapy dog worthy. Pippa is our 22 pound AKC registered small moyen size poodle. Pippa is very smart, loving and agile. She also has incredible balance. This girl amusingly likes to stands up on her hind legs to see things better while on our walks. I will often find her curled up napping right next to me. Pippa is an amazing mother. She is very attentive and generous to her puppies, giving them her best treats. Pippa loves to play hide and seek with me and often gets the playful "zoomies." I feel an amazing connection through eye contact with this little sweetheart. She's very intuitive and seems to know my mood and how I'm doing by watching my body language.
Sunnie is a smart addition to our family. She is an 18 pound AKC black/white/copper miniature poodle. She has been an AMAZING mama even for a beginner. Very attentive and obviously adores her puppies. Sunnie will give up her favorite dog treat (she only gets occasionally) to her baby puppies. She is extremely smart and very playful with lots of energy. Sunnie is also similar to a fun/tolerant big sister who LOVES to play with all the new 4-9 week old puppies that arrive through our program. An awesome influence for teaching manners. She is very athletic, and similar to the "Great Houdini." She has these amazing abilities to steal bully sticks from other litters younger puppies weening pen using her stealthy legs and paws. LOL! Sunnie loves attention and affection but can also be independent at times.
After maturity, we have lots of hope for this big/little (15 pounds) guy! His name is Macho but he is the sweetest, most affectionate boy ever!
